Reviews get me excited, we've experimented with various marketing tools but knew that the value of reviews in today's day and age of online is super important. When people get it in their mind that they want to buy a car, the first thing they do is jump online to see what kind of car they want and which local dealer they should work with. They’re looking at reviews trying to ascertain whether or not the dealer is reputable and because of this, online reputation is one of our top priorities.

We had roughly 4 reviews over a year of operations. Since adding Fortuna in late 2018, we’re now over 90. We’ve still gotten one-star reviews in that period, but we’ve gotten so many five-stars and four-stars that the one-star reviews don’t affect us nearly like they used to.

Autoline Toyota has been in business for 24 years and we are locally owned and operated. Being one of the larger dealers in the Niagara region, we are used to seeing a lot of foot traffic through the showroom, but this was not translating to more exposure or reviews online.
